We have installed one of our Binham garden offices in Wadhurst, East Sussex for a customer in need of an insulated garden office that they could work from home in throughout the year. The manufacturing plans for this Binham garden office were created to our customer’s specification by our CAD engineers before the garden office was hand-crafted to order from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory. It was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installations team, who are the experts in ensuring our garden offices are installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on. As part of our end-to-end service, we include delivery and installation in the price of all our garden buildings.

The Binham garden office has a traditional design that features an attractive apex roof with an overhang, and desk height windows. Our customer chose the 3.6 x 2.4m size for their Binham, but this wooden garden office is available in a wide range of sizes so you can pick the size that is the best fit for your outside space. Our customer also opted to have cedar shingles covering the apex roof of their Binham garden office, which will naturally weather to a beautiful silvery-grey colour over time. The exterior of this wooden garden office is clad with shiplap, which gives it a smooth surface finish, and it is painted using our Exterior Paint System in the dark neutral shade of Ash.

Internally, the Binham garden office comes with full insulation, lining and double glazing to ensure year-round comfort while working from home. This insulated garden office also has our electric pack installed at the request of our customer so that their building was supplied with power and lighting capabilities. The walls and ceiling of this insulated garden office are lined with natural matchboard lining, which offers a warm and cosy feel inside, and a light oak lacquer has been applied to the floor. If you would prefer for your own garden office to have a different look, we offer the option of having the walls and ceiling lined with painted matchboard, either in our Internal Ivory shade or your choice from 8 Farrow & Ball internal colours, as well as engineered flooring that is available in four different colours.
