Experts from our installations team have delivered and installed one of our Garden Rooms in Exeter, Devon. It was selected by a customer that wanted a year-round use space for work, rest and play. This luxury garden room was designed to our customer’s specifications by our CAD engineers before being hand-crafted to order from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen in our Norfolk factory. As part of our end-to-end service, we include delivery and installation by our experts in the price of all our outdoor garden rooms. This is to give you peace of mind while also ensuring that our high quality garden rooms are installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

The Garden Room is our flagship design. It is traditionally shaped with an elegant hipped roof. It is available in a wide range of sizes you can get the size that best suits your outdoor space, with our customer choosing a garden room measuring 4.8 x 6.0m. It has a set of inset double doors, corner boards, and four sets of double opening windows. The roof of this luxury garden room is covered in grey slate effect tiles and the windows are Georgian in style. Guttering has also been installed, which will collect any excess rainwater runoff from the roof and deposit it away from the building. The exterior of this timber garden room is clad in shiplap, offering a smooth surface finish, and it is painted using the Farrow & Ball Paint System in the colour Light Gray.

Built for your comfort throughout the seasons, our signature Garden Room comes fully insulated, lined, and double glazed for year-round use. Electrics and a heater are also included as standard so that your new garden room can be supplied with power, lighting and additional warmth. The walls are lined with Farrow & Ball painted matchboard in the shade Ammonite, which is a subtle light grey colour, and Heritage Oak engineered flooring has been laid, adding style while also providing sound absorbing and insulating benefits.
