Garden Office in Worthing, West Sussex

Our Binham Studio has an apex roof design with a roof overhang that charmingly sits above the double doors in the gable end. It is available in a wide range of sizes, with our standard sizes ranging from 1.8 x 2.4m to 4.8m x 6.0m, and we are also able to create non-standard sizes on request if you are looking for a more customisable garden office. Our customer’s Binham Studio measures 3.6 x 3.0m, with a single desk-height window on either side of the double doors, and an additional triple window set in the right-hand side of the building. There are cedar shingle tiles on the roof and the exterior is clad using weatherboard cladding, made using timber boards that are left sawn for a more rustic look. The exterior was then painted in Down Pipe from Farrow & Ball’s fully opaque and rich paint system.

This garden office studio is fully equipped for year-round use as it comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard. Our customer then opted to add electrics to their building, adding power and lighting to complete their work from home office setup. Internally, the walls are lined using Ivory painted matchboard and a natural lacquer has been applied to the floor, which will help to protect the timber while also giving it a nice sheen.
