This Burnham Studio was recently installed for our customers in Binfield, Berkshire, who were looking to create a dedicated music room to house their grand piano. This contemporary garden studio was the perfect fit for their needs, with a multitude of modern features and measuring at a sizeable 4.2 x 6.0m, there is plentiful space for their beloved piano and much more. Like all of our high-quality garden buildings, this Burnham Studio was constructed by our expert team of craftsmen in our Norfolk factory, with delivery and installation included in the price.

The exterior of this large garden studio features ten floor to ceiling windows and a double door, creating a seamless indoor to outdoor living experience whilst offering our customers panoramic views of their garden area. The exterior shiplap cladding is constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood and the apex roof of this contemporary garden studio is covered in Cedar shingles, which complements the paint colour Ash, from our exterior paint range, effortlessly. All our paints from our exterior paint range offer a fully opaque four-coat system that is also weather resistant and protective. Our customers opted to have black guttering installed on their large garden studio in order to aid with water distribution and therefore extend the longevity of this luxury garden studio.

The interior of this Burnham is equally impressive with multiple additional features added in order to create the ultimate luxurious finish. Our customers have chosen to have heavy duty flooring installed in order to support the weight of their grand piano, alongside an electrical pack with a heater to allow them to enjoy this space all year-round, whatever the weather. The internal matchboard lining has been painted in the colour Ivory, whilst the floor has been fitted with Heritage Oak engineered flooring, giving this contemporary garden studio a light, and inviting feel. Our customers also chose to have two additional fanlight windows and two additional floor to ceiling windows installed in order to maximise the light that enters this building.

Our customers property is a grade II listed building located within a conservation area, therefore it was essential that they gained planning permission prior to the installation of this large garden studio. Our dedicated sales team offered support in ensuring our customers gained this permission alongside amending designs in order to get a result that was not just suitable for the surrounding area, but also that our customers loved.
