2.4 x 6.0m Holkham Summerhouse Painted in Black with an Apex Roof and Cedar Shingles

This Holkham Summerhouse was recently installed for our customers in Tonbridge, Kent, who were looking to create a dual-purpose building to be used as a modern garden office and storage space. This 2.4 x 6.0m Holkham with an added partition was the perfect solution, giving our customers two dedicated areas for different uses. Like all of our buildings, this outdoor garden office was built using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood by our expert craftsmen in our Norfolk factory. Delivery and installation of our buildings also comes included in our prices so you can be assured that there are no hidden fees waiting around the corner.

The exterior of this modern garden office features rustic weatherboard cladding, two double doors and an apex roof covered in Cedar Shingles. On the right side of the building, which is the office space, there are also five desk-height windows fitted to allow our customers to enjoy scenic views from the comfort of their office desk. All five windows are double glazed, however, the three located on the side of the building are also opening windows, allowing our customers to enjoy a breath of fresh air on warm summer days.

Our customers have also opted to have the garden office side of their building fully lined and insulated to accommodate for year-round use. The left-hand side of this outdoor garden office, which is designed for storage, has only been fitted with a spacious double door for easy access and removal of large items, with the interior being left unlined as standard. The exterior of this outdoor garden office has been painted in the colour Black, from our Exterior paint range, which using our four-coat system is weather-resistant and protective.

The interior of this modern garden office has been lined with our Farrow & Ball internal lining in the colour Purbeck Stone, adding a contemporary splash of colour to this dual-purpose building. The floor is our Natural timber flooring but has been lacquered to give it a mid-sheen finish and protect it from general wear and tear. Despite having similar exterior finishes, this outdoor garden office has been designed to be a dual-purpose outdoor living solution for our customers.
