This 3.0 x 5.4m Holkham Summerhouse was recently installed for our customers in Bushey, Hertfordshire, who were looking for a garden building to use as a luxury summer house during the warmer months and a garden storage space in the winter. Our Holkham Summerhouse was the perfect fit, with traditional design elements and an abundance of modern features, this stylish garden building blended effortlessly with our customers existing green space. Like all our other buildings, this modern garden summer house was constructed by our expert team of craftsmen in our Norfolk factory, with delivery and installation included in the price.

Measured at 3.0 x 5.4m, this premium summer house has plentiful space for relaxing with the family. The exterior features a double door, four sets of double-glazed Georgian windows and a smooth shiplap cladding exterior. Our cladding, which is made from FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, is extremely high quality and durable, giving you decades of enjoyment. This modern garden summer house has an apex roof which is covered in composite grey slate tiles and an additional three Velux windows installed within the roof, giving our customers greater control of the temperature in their building. Our customers opted to have a partition and additional single door installed on the left side of this premium summer house to use as a dedicated storage space all year round.

Our Holkham summerhouse comes unlined as standard, however our customer opted to have floor insulation installed in this luxury summer house in case they choose to have further insulation fitted in the future. The interior cladding has therefore been left in a natural timber finish, which allows our customers to add plenty of personalisation with furnishings.
