3.0 x 3.6m Holt Studio painted in Exterior Slate with stylish pent roof design

We have installed one of our Holt garden offices in Coventry, West Midlands. It was chosen by our customer who wanted a contemporary garden office that they could comfortably work in throughout the year. Once our customer had chosen which of our interior and exterior design options they wanted, our CAD team designed the garden office to our customer’s specifications. Like all our garden buildings, it was hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed by our expert installers at our customer’s address.

Our ultra-modern Holt has a stylish pent roof design, with a small, decked veranda to the front and side of the building. The overall size of this building is 3.0 x 3.6m, with a 2.4 x 3.0m internal space and a 0.6m veranda to the front and side. Our Holt can be made in a variety of different sizes, so you can have a garden office with a larger internal space, and if you would prefer a bigger side veranda, it can be extended up to 3.0m, offering you the perfect space for cosy outdoor seating and alfresco dining. It also has two walls of glazing included as part of its design so you can enjoy unhindered views of your garden while you work inside. This customer’s Holt has heavy-duty felt on the roof and shiplap cladding that provides a smooth finish. The exterior of this garden office is decorated using our Exterior Paint System in the colour Slate.

The Holt benefits from being fully lined, insulated and double glazed as standard, ensuring it stays comfortable for working in throughout the year. The walls and ceiling are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and Shade Oak engineered flooring has also been laid. Our customer also chose to have an electric pack with a heater installed inside their insulated garden office, supplying it with power, lighting, and warmth.
