Summerhouses in Brandon, Suffolk

The Holkham has a classic pitched roof design with plenty of glazing that will flood the interior with plenty of natural light. It has a set of double doors and two double fixed window sets to the front of the building, and a set of double opening windows installed on both sides. As all our buildings are made to order, you can choose what size you would like your building in, as well as which of our exterior and interior design options you want to create your dream building. Our customer chose a 2.4 x 4.2m outdoor summer house with cedar shingles on the roof and Georgian style windows. As well as choosing the roof covering and window type, our customer also chose to have the shiplap clad exterior of their new summerhouse painted using our Exterior Paint System in the shade Sandstone.

Internally, the Holkham comes unlined as standard making it the ideal building to use during the warmer months of the year. As our customer wanted a year-round use building, we were able to line and insulate the walls and ceiling. They also opted to have our electric pack installed so their summerhouse could be supplied with power and lighting. For further comfort, you could add floor insulation and double glazing to your own building. Our customer chose to have Ivory painted matchboard lining the walls and they also chose to have engineered flooring laid in the colour Heritage Oak.
