4.2 x 4.2m Salthouse Studio painted in Exterior Sage with stylish pent roof design

One of our Salthouse Studios has been delivered and installed for a customer in Fakenham, Norfolk. It was chosen by our customer who wanted an insulated garden studio to use as an art room. To help them decide which of our garden studio designs they wanted, our customer visited our HQ in Norfolk. With the help of one of our friendly sales advisors, they chose what size and design options they wanted for their new art room before it was designed by our CAD engineers and hand-crafted to order inside our Norfolk factory. It was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by one of our installations teams. We include delivery and installation in the price of every one of our FSC® certified timber garden buildings as part of our end-to-end service.

The Salthouse has a contemporary design, with a stylish pent roof, smooth shiplap cladding, and a fully glazed front elevation. It is available in many different sizes, with our customer opting for our 4.2 x 4.2m size. As well as floor-to-ceiling glass panels in the front of the building, two opening fanlight windows have been installed in the back wall, which will help with internal airflow. The roof is covered in heavy-duty felt and the external cladding is painted in Sage from our Exterior Paint System, which is a lovely, green-toned shade that will blend in with any garden setting.

As a year-round use building, the Salthouse comes with full internal lining, insulation, and double glazing as standard. Our customer has also chosen to have an electric pack with a heater installed, supplying the studio with power, lighting, and warmth. The walls of this insulated garden studio are lined with Ivory painted matchboard, which is nicely contrasted against the Heritage Oak engineered flooring chosen to cover the floor.
