Garden Studios in Worcester, Worcestershire

The Holt is a modern, sleek building that can be used as a relaxing garden room, a garden office, or for a combination of uses. It has a pent roof design with an attractive roof overhang and a veranda that are connected by two exterior walls that we have named “Cheeks”. It is available in 12 standard sizes, with the option of extending the veranda out to the side to a maximum of 3.0m. Our customer has chosen a Holt Studio measuring 3.8 x 4.4m overall, which includes a 0.8m veranda to both the front and side. The roof is covered in EPDM rubber roofing, which is a very tough material with high puncture resistance, and guttering has also been fitted. The shiplap-clad exterior of this modern garden studio has been painted in a two-tone fashion, with the main colour being Slate and the “Cheeks” and underneath the roof overhang painted in Twine. Both colours selected are from our Exterior Paint System.

This modern garden studio benefits from being fully lined, insulated, and double glazed to ensure comfort inside all throughout the year. Our customer has also chosen to add our electric pack to their building from our list of optional extras, supplying the Holt with power and lighting. Both the walls and ceiling are lined with Ivory painted matchboard, which has been paired with Shade Oak engineered flooring.
