Summerhouses in Caterham, Surrey

A modern summerhouse, the Thornham has a pent roof and a charming overhang. It can be made in a wide range of sizes, with our customer opting for our 2.4 x 4.2m size. As our customer wanted a living space and a storage area, they have opted to have a partition included in their design. The pent roof of this contemporary summerhouse is covered in heavy-duty felt and our customer chose to have guttering installed too. The exterior is shiplap clad, offering a smooth finish, and painted in the beautiful blue-green colour of Verdigris from our Exterior Paint System.

The Thornham is an unlined summerhouse as standard, but as our customer wanted to be able to use the larger part of their summerhouse all throughout the year, they chose to have full insulation, natural matchboard lining, and double glazing installed. For further practicality, you may want to consider having our electric pack with a heater installed, to have your new summerhouse supplied with power, lighting, and additional warmth.
