Our Holkham Summerhouse is traditional summerhouse, with an apex roof design. It has plenty of glazing, which offers a light and airy feel inside. The Holkham can be made in a wide range of sizes, with our customer choosing our 1.8 x 3.0m size as the perfect fit for their garden. Our customer has chosen to have the roof of their summerhouse covered in heavy duty felt and they have also chosen to have leaded windows installed. The exterior is clad with smooth shiplap cladding and treated in a light oak preservative, which is the standard option for this building. If you would prefer to have your summerhouse delivered and installed with a painted finish, you can upgrade to our Exterior Paint System or choose from a specially selected range of Farrow & Ball paint colours.

The Holkham is an unlined building as standard, making it the ideal space to enjoy during the summer months of the year. However, if you wish to have a year-round use building, we can add full insulation and lining to ensure comfort in every season. Our customer has chosen to have double glazing and floor insulation installed, as they plan to line and insulate the rest of the building themselves after installation. Other features you can choose from to customise your own building include electrics, a heater, and different flooring types.
