This Burnham Garden Studio has been installed in Cobham, Surrey for a customer in need of a garden office space. Made using FSC® certified timber, this Burnham Studio has been designed and hand-made to order in our Norfolk factory, to the requirement specified by our customer. We also delivered and installed this office studio in the garden of our customer, which we include in the overall price as part of our end-to-end service.

The Burnham beautifully blends both modern and traditional design elements, with a fully glazed front elevation that will let in plenty of natural light and a pitched roof for extra height. The Burnham comes in a range of sizes, with our customer choosing a Burnham measuring 3.6 x 5.4m. The roof has been covered in grey slate effect tiles, which provide protection against UV rays, window, hail, and fire while also adding style to your building. The exterior of our customer’s building is clad with shiplap, giving it a smooth finish, but you can opt for weatherboard cladding if you would prefer for your building to have a more rustic look. To finish, the Burnham comes painted in your choice of colour from our Exterior Paint System, but we offer the option of upgrading your paint system to a shade from a specially selected range of Farrow & Ball colours. Our customer opted for the Farrow & Ball option for their outdoor office studio, with Old White chosen to paint the exterior.

With full insulation, lining and double glazing included, the Burnham is fully equipped for use throughout the year. The walls of this insulated outdoor office are lined with Ivory painted matchboard while the floor has engineered flooring laid in the colour Copenhagen. To enable this studio to be used as a garden office, our customer has chosen to have electrics and a heater installed. Our electric pack with a heater is just one of the optional extras we offer our customers to tailor their building to our needs, supplying buildings with power, lighting, and additional warmth.
