Experts from our installations team have delivered and installed one of our Garden Rooms in Coulsdon, Surrey. Our customer wanted somewhere to relax and enjoy their garden from throughout the year, so they opted for our signature Garden Room design. With the help of one of our friendly sales advisors, our customer chose what size Garden Room they wanted and which of our interior and exterior design options they wanted before it was designed and hand-crafted to order from FSC® certified timber in our Norfolk factory. The delivery and installation of this Garden Room were included in the overall price, as we include delivery and installation as part of the end-to-end service we offer our customers.

Our Garden Room is our flagship design, with an elegant hipped roof. It is available in a wide variety of sizes, with our customer opting for our 3.6 x 6.0m size. It has a set of inset double doors and four double opening window sets, as well as a Velux® window installed in the roof, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the interior. The roof is covered in cedar shingles and the windows are leaded in style. Guttering has also been installed. The exterior is clad with rustic-cut weatherboard cladding and is finished in a two-tone style using Farrow & Ball’s rich and fully opaque. The main colour selection by our customer is Light Gray, with Pointing used to highlight the doors and windows.

The Garden Room comes fully insulated, lined, and double glazed, ensuring year-round comfort. Installation of electrics and a heater are included in the price of this particular Garden Room design, ensuring it is supplied with power, lighting, and additional warmth. The walls of our customer’s timber garden room are lined with Farrow & Ball painted matchboard in the colour Shadow White and engineered flooring in Shade Oak has also been laid.
