We have delivered and installed one of our Wiveton Summerhouses in Chester, Cheshire. It was hand-crafted to order from FSC® certified timber for a customer who wanted a building they could relax and enjoy their garden from. This Wiveton Summerhouse was designed to our customer’s specifications by our CAD team before being hand-made by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory. This timber summer house was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installations team, who are the experts in ensuring our buildings are assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on. We include delivery and installation in the price of all our buildings are part of our end-to-end service.

The Wiveton is an octagonal den, with windows in four out of its eight sides, as well as in its double doors, flooding the interior with plenty of natural light. It is available in four different sizes so you can choose the one that is the best fit for your garden. Our customer opted for a 3.0 x 3.0m summerhouse, with windows in two out of its eight sides, as well as the double doors. The roof is also octagonal in style and is covered in grey slate effect tiles. Our customer has also chosen to have Georgian-style windows for their summerhouse building. To complete the look of their outdoor summer house, our customer has chosen to have it clad with rustic-style weatherboard and painted in Sage from our Exterior Paint System.

The walls and ceiling are insulated and lined as standard inside our Wiveton, allowing you to use it comfortably during the cooler months of the year. For additional comfort, our customer has chosen to add floor insulation and double glazing to their garden summerhouse. The walls and ceiling are lined with natural matchboard, offering a warm and natural feel inside, and our customer has chosen to have Dark Oak engineered flooring laid over the top of our standard floorboards with a layer of underlay in between the two, which provides further insulating and sound-absorbing benefits while also adding style to your timber summer house.
