Garden Rooms in Cranleigh, Surrey

We have delivered and installed one of our wooden Garden Rooms to a customer in Cranleigh, Surrey, just a stone’s throw away from our Cranleigh show centre. Our customer visited our Cranleigh show centre, and with the help of our friendly advisors, selected which of our FSC® certified timber garden rooms they wanted, as well as all the interior and exterior design options to tailor it to their needs and style. After placing an order, manufacturing plans were created for the Garden Room by our CAD team, ready for skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory to hand-craft it to order. It was delivered and installed at our customer’s address by one of our installations teams, who are the experts in ensuring our garden rooms are installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on. Delivery and installation of all our garden buildings are included in the overall price as part of our end-to-end service.

This luxury Garden Room is our flagship design, with an elegant hipped roof. It is available in a wide range of sizes, with our customer opting for a Garden Room measuring 4.2 x 4.8m. There are opening windows in 3 out of its 4 sides, with our customer opting to have a Velux® window installed in the roof, letting in extra light. The main windows are Georgian in style while the hipped roof is covered in grey slate effect tiles. Guttering has also been fitted on this wooden garden room, which will help to collect rainwater runoff from the roof and deposit it away from the Garden Room, helping to protect the bottom timber boards. The exterior is clad with shiplap, offering a smooth finish, and it has been painted using Farrow & Ball’s rich and fully opaque paint system in the dark colour of Down Pipe.

The Garden Room comes fully equipped for year-round use, with full insulation and lining, double glazing, and electrics with a heater all included as standard features. The walls of this timber garden room are lined with Farrow & Ball painted lining in Shadow White and engineered flooring in Heritage Oak has also been laid. Our customer has upgraded the ceiling lining from natural matchboard to painted matchboard, opting to have it painted in Farrow & Ball Pointing.
