Garden Room in Sevenoaks, Kent

The Pavilion Garden Room is a luxury garden building with full insulation, solid pine matchboard lining, double glazing and an electric pack with a heater included as standard to create the perfect year-round usage garden building.

The sheltered veranda is 1.8m deep, creating the perfect space to enjoy relaxing on a comfy chair to admire your garden from, while still providing cover.

The apex roof has got grey slate effect tiles on, which are a highly durable material, and offer an attractive, traditional look. The front and back of the building have been framed with white guttering to help protect the building from excessive rainfall.

The windows are leaded in style to enhance the traditional look, and all of them can be opened to increase airflow on hot summer days. Shiplap cladding gives the exterior a smooth finish, and the paint colour the customer chose was Saltwater from our opaque Exterior paint range.  

Internally, the solid pine matchboard lining on the walls has been painted in Farrow & Ball’s Pointing for a bright, neutral finish, and the customer also chose to have engineered flooring in the colour Heritage Oak to give a rustic finish. Our engineered flooring is laid on top of the floorboards with underlay in between, offering further insulating and sound absorbing benefits, as well as adding another level of style to the building.
