Pavilion Garden Room in Haverhill, Suffolk

Our Pavilion Garden Room is available in more than 15 different sizes, from as little as 3.0 x 3.0m to as big as 6.0m x 6.0m, which is what this Garden Room measures. It has a dual pitched roof and a sheltered veranda across the front providing you with both an indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. The roof on this particular Garden Room is covered in cedar shingles and it is lined with guttering, which will collect excess water and deposit it away from the building to protect the timber from premature rotting. There are four double Georgian window sets on this Garden Room, with an additional two windows in the double doors and three Velux® windows in the roof to aid with internal ventilation. The exterior is weatherboard clad to give a rustic finish and it is painted in two different colour from Farrow & Ball’s rich and fully opaque paint system, with Pointing on the window frames, door frames and the picket fence, and Light Gray everywhere else.

The Pavilion Garden Room benefits from being fully lined, insulated and double glazed to enable it to be used comfortably in every season. It also has an electric pack with heater as part of its included features, which will allow the building to be supplied with power, lighting and warmth. To decorate internally, the walls are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and our engineered flooring has been laid in the colour Heritage Oak.

To ensure our buildings are of the highest quality possible, they are hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen and women inside our Norfolk factory. All of our garden buildings are also made to order so we are able to create each one to meet our customer’s requirements.
