This 3.8 x 5.0m luxurious garden studio in Chelmsford, Essex, was recently installed by our team of expert fitters for our customer who was looking to create a corner garden office. Constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, this ultra-modern garden studio boasts a multitude of contemporary features, all built using the highest quality materials. Like all of our buildings, this Holt Studio was built in our Norfolk-based factory by our team of skilled craftsmen, with delivery and installation included in the price.

The exterior of this Holt Studio features smooth shiplap cladding, a 0.8m veranda and a spacious double door. This luxurious garden studio in Chelmsford also features five floor to ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of our customers garden from the comfort of their office desk. There are also two fanlight windows located inside the building in order to aid in ventilation and assist in temperature control. The pent roof has been covered in our EPDM rubber roofing, which is manufactured in one piece, meaning there will be no joins, highly reducing the risk of leakage and extending longevity. Our customer has also opted to have black guttering installed to help with water distribution whilst protecting our premium quality timber from the risk of premature rot. The exterior of this insulated garden studio has been painted in the colour Ash, from our exterior paint system, which is a four-coat system that is protective, weather resistant and fully opaque. We have also installed six external spotlights located under the roof overhang to allow our customer to enjoy ambient lighting when the evening comes.

Like all of our garden studios, the interior of this Holt Studio is fully lined and insulated to create a year-round retreat. Due to being used as a garden office, this modern studio has been fitted with our electric pack and heater meaning that whatever the weather, our customer will be able to comfortably use this garden building irrespective of season. The internal walls have been painted in the colour Ammonite from our Farrow & Ball paint system whilst the floor has been fitted with our engineered flooring in the colour Heritage Oak to create a light, inviting and modern feel.
