4.4 x 7.2m Holt Studio Painted in Pebble with a Veranda

This ultra-modern Holt Studio was recently installed in our customer’s garden in Farnborough, Hampshire. Like all our buildings, this contemporary garden studio was designed and hand-built to order in our Norfolk factory and delivered and installed by our expert team of fitters, all of which is included in our prices.

Our customers will be using their Holt Studio as an outdoor living area, perfect for relaxing in all year round and entertaining guests, with an impressive three-meter veranda there is certainly plenty of room for that.

Measuring at 4.4m x 7.2m this large garden studio was constructed using the highest quality FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood and designed to fit in the right-hand corner of this customer’s garden to accompany existing green space. The customer opted for centered double doors on the front of the building to create a seamless indoor to outdoor living experience with an added single door on the right side of the studio for additional access. The exterior shiplap cladding has been painted in the shade Pebble from our Exterior paint range which complements the natural timber flooring perfectly to create a luxurious finish. Additionally, the customer decided to add guttering to the exterior of this studio to aid with water run-off and extend the longevity of this stunning Holt Studio.

The interior of this contemporary garden studio is fully lined and insulated, which means enjoying this garden oasis is not an experience confined to summer months. With an additional electric pack added to allow for electrical appliances, this large garden studio offers ultimate comfort and endless potential. The internal matchboard lining has been painted in the colour ivory, which alongside the floor to ceiling windows and panoramic views, makes this contemporary space feel light and inviting. Our customer opted for polished chrome finishes on this studio, a choice that bodes effortlessly with their colour selections and really ties the entire building together.

Just when we thought this large garden studio could not get any more opulent, the customer opted for seven additional external recessed spotlights, meaning that even once the sun goes down, drinking wine and entertaining to your hearts content can continue long into the night.
