Our Wiveton Summerhouses are made in 5 different sizes, with the smallest being 1.8 x 1.8m and the largest being 3.6 x 3.6m, which is the size our customer has opted for. This octagonally designed building has windows in four out of its eight sides, as well as in the double doors, allowing you to enjoy your garden from multiple angles while also allowing plenty of natural light inside. The windows on this particular Wiveton are leaded in style, giving a hint of traditional charm to the design. Other decorative features on this building include the red slate effect tiles on the roof and the shiplap clad exterior painted in Sage from our Exterior Paint System.
As our customer wanted to use their building all throughout the year, it was important to them that their Summerhouse was insulated. The walls and ceiling of our Wiveton Summerhouse come lined and insulated as standard, but for additional comfort, our customer has opted to add floor insulation and double glazing as extra. They have also opted to have an electric pack and a heater installed, providing the summerhouse with power, lighting, and heating. The walls have been lined in Farrow & Ball painted matchboard in the shade Slipper Satin and Heritage Oak engineered flooring has been laid too. Our customer also chose to have our Heavy-Duty floorboards that are ex 38mm thick as the furniture they plan to put inside is particularly weighty.
