One of our customers based in Leek Wootton, Warwickshire has chosen to have a Wiveton Summerhouse installed in their garden. They chose the Wiveton Summerhouse as they liked its octagonal shape and thought that its design would work very well in their garden. They worked with our sales advisors on what exterior and interior design options they wanted before it was designed and hand-made to order inside our Norfolk factory. It was then delivered and assembled at our customer’s address by our expert installations team, which is included in the price of the building as part of our end-to-end service we offer our customers.

Our Wiveton Summerhouse is available in five different sizes, with the smallest measuring 1.8 x 1.8m and the largest 3.6 x 3.6m. Our customer has opted for the 3.0 x 3.0m size with cedar shingles on the roof and shiplap cladding painted in Farrow & Ball’s Card Room Green. To allow plenty of natural light inside, there are windows in four out of eight sides of our Wiveton Summerhouse, as well as in the double doors. Our customer has opted for traditional looking leaded windows and they’ve also chosen to have them double glazed as extra.

Internally, the Wiveton benefits from having the walls and ceiling lined and insulated as standard to enable it for use throughout the year. For additional comfort, our customer has also opted to have the floor insulated. The walls have been lined in Ivory painted matchboard and engineered flooring has been laid in the colour Heritage Oak.
