This lovely-looking Holkham Summerhouse has been installed in Aldbourne, Wiltshire for our customer to use as a garden office. Designed and hand-made to order using FSC® certified timber, this summerhouse has been created to the specifications required by our customer in order to give them a building that is tailor-made to their tastes. After being hand-crafted inside our factory at our Norfolk HQ, this Holkham Summerhouse was delivered and assembled at our customer’s address by members of our installations team, who are the experts in ensuring our buildings are installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on. We include delivery and installation in the price of all our buildings, which is part of the end-to-end service we provide our customers.

Our Holkham Summerhouse is available in a range of sizes, with standard sizes ranging from a small 1.8 x 2.4m to a large 4.8m x 6.0m. This customer has selected a Holkham Summerhouse measuring 3.0 x 3.6m for their outdoor office. It has an apex roof design with a set of half-glazed double doors and two single fixed windows in the side and a double opening window set in each gable. The roof on this Holkham is covered in terracotta slate effect tiles and the windows are Georgian in style. The exterior is weatherboard cladding, made using timber boards that are left sawn to give a more rustic look, and it has been painted in Black from our Exterior Paint System.

Our Holkham Summerhouse is an unlined building as standard, making it ideal for use in the summertime. As our customers wanted to use the building year-round as an office, they opted to have a full internal lining, insulation, and double glazing installed to ensure it stays comfortable for home working inside whatever the weather outside. To further equip the office to allow our customer to work from home, they have chosen to have our electrics fitted, supplying the outdoor office with power and lighting.
