This Garden Room in Malpas, Cheshire is one of our spectacular Pavilion Garden Rooms. It was designed to order by our CAD engineers to meet the size requirements and design options our customer wanted. All of our garden buildings are hand-crafted to order by our skilled craftsmen using FSC® certified timber, machined from Scandinavian Redwood of the highest quality. After being produced inside our Norfolk factory, they are then delivered at our customers’ addresses by members of our installations team, who are the experts in making sure our buildings are assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on. Delivery and Installation is included in the price of all our buildings as part of our end to end service.

Our Pavilion Garden Rooms have a dual-pitched apex roof to give a loft feel inside and they also have a sheltered veranda as part of the design, giving you both inside and outside space to enjoy. They are available in more than 15 different standard sizes, but if you have a different size in mind to what is available, we can create a made-to-measure size on request for you. Our customer has opted for the 6.0 x 6.0m size, with two double opening window sets to the front of the building, an additional double opening window set on each side, and three Velux® windows in the roof, providing plenty of natural light and airflow inside the building. To give the building a traditional look, it has Georgian windows, cedar shingles on the roof and weatherboard cladding. The building is painted all over in Farrow & Ball Card Room Green, with the windows, doors and picket fence highlighted in the shade Pointing.

To enable our Pavilion Garden Room to be used all year round it comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard, and an electric pack with heater is also included. As our customer is going to use the Garden Room as somewhere to play their piano, they have opted to have our heavy-duty floorboards (ex 38 thick) laid to support the weight of it. The walls are lined with painted matchboard and a natural lacquer has been applied to the floor to protect the timber while also giving it a nice sheen.

Our Pavilion Garden Room would make a lovely place to relax and enjoy your garden, but it can also be used as a garden office, a craft room, or an outdoor dining area - the possibilities are endless!
