3.0 x 3.6m Fully Lined and Insulated Cley Summerhouse

This lovely looking Cley Summerhouse has been installed in the gorgeous garden of a customer based in Speen, just a short drive away from our Berkshire show centre. Working with our team on-site, our customer chose the Cley Summerhouse from our wide range of FSC® certified timber garden buildings and then selected what features they wanted to include within the design in order to tailor the building to their requirements. All of our buildings are designed to order by our in-house CAD designers and hand-crafted by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory before being delivered and assembled at our customer’s address by members of our expert installations team.

The Cley comes in a range of sizes, from 1.8 x 2.4m to 3.6 x 4.8m, with plenty of sizes in between. Our customer has opted for a summerhouse measuring 3.0 x 3.6m, with a hipped roof covered in grey slate effect tiles and shiplap cladding painted in the colour Lizard from our exterior paint system. The windows on this summerhouse are double glazed and Georgian in style.

Our Cley Summerhouse comes with the walls and ceiling lined and insulated as standard; however, our customer has also chosen to have the floor insulated too. This will enable the building to be used as a year-round retreat for relaxing or entertaining friends. Our customer has also chosen to have an electric pack with heater installed as extra, which will supply the building with power, lighting, and warmth. The walls are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and engineered flooring in the colour Shade Oak has been installed. Our engineered floorboards sit on top of the existing floorboards, with a layer of underlay in between the two, providing further insulating and sound absorbing benefits.
