3.0 x 5.2m Salthouse Studio with storage partition painted in Exterior Pebble, with stylish pent roof design

This Salthouse Studio has been installed on the Wirral in Merseyside for a customer wanting a dual-purpose building to use for storage and entertainment purposes. They liked the modern design of our Salthouse Studio, so they have opted for this building with a partition to create the additional storage space required. Like all of our garden buildings, it was designed and hand-made to order in our Norfolk factory using FSC® certified timber before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our expert installations team, which is included in the price as part of our end-to-end service.

Our Salthouse Studios are made in over 25 different sizes, with this customer opting for one measuring 3.0 x 5.2m. The main entertainment space is 3.0 x 4.0m and the storage partition is 3.0 x 1.2m. The garden studio has a pent roof that is covered in heavy duty felt and a shiplap clad exterior that is painted in the neutral shade of Pebble from our exterior paint system. The main section of the building has a full glazed front elevation, complete with studio double doors, which will allow for plenty of natural light inside.

To enable the main section of the building to be used comfortably all throughout the year, it comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard. The walls are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and the floor has our engineered floorboards laid in the colour Shade Oak. Our customer has also opted to have an electric pack installed to supply the building with power and lighting. The partitioned section of this building is unlined, without compromising on the comfort of the main section, as it will be used purely for storage purposes. Rather than having engineered flooring throughout, the floor inside the storage partition has been treated with a natural lacquer which will help to protect it from scuff marks when moving items in and out.
