14 x 12ft Apex Summerhouse

This 14 x 12ft Summerhouse is the Blakeney, installed for a customer wanting a building to enjoy their garden from. This Blakeney Summerhouse was designed and hand-made to order from FSC® certified timber inside our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address by one of our installation teams. We include delivery and installation in the overall price of all our garden buildings. This is to give you peace of mind that your building is being installed by an expert while also ensuring it is assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

Our Blakeney Summerhouse has a chalet-style design, with an apex roof that features a charming overhang. With sizes ranging from 8 x 6ft to 16 x 20ft, you can choose the size that best fits your garden. This particular Blakeney measures 14 x 12ft. It has a set of chalet-style double doors and two fixed windows in the front of the building, with an opening window on each side. Our customer also opted to have a fanlight window installed in the back wall of their Blakeney Summerhouse to aid with internal airflow. The roof is covered in heavy-duty felt and guttering has been installed too. The exterior is clad with smooth shiplap and has been painted in Pebble from our Exterior Paint System. The Blakeney Summerhouse comes treated with a light oak preservative as standard, but you can have this summerhouse delivered and installed with a painted exterior by upgrading to our Exterior Paint System, just like this customer did.

Our Blakeney Summerhouse comes unlined as standard, making it suitable for use during the warmer months of the year. Our customer wanted a year-round use building, so we were able to tailor the design to our customer’s requirements by adding full internal lining, insulation, and double glazing. We also installed electrics to supply this summerhouse with lighting and power. The walls are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and the floor has a light oak lacquer applied to it.
