10 x 14ft Apex Garden Rooms

This 10 x 14ft Apex Garden Room has been delivered and installed by experts from our installations team. It was chosen by a customer wanting a building to use as both an office and a relaxing garden retreat. This Apex Garden Room was designed to customer’s requirements by our CAD engineers and was hand-crafted to order from FSC® certified timber inside our Norfolk factory.

Our Apex Garden Rooms can be made in a variety of sizes, with our customer opting for our 10 x 14ft size. As suggested by the name, this building has an apex roof design. To ensure the overall height of the building was compliant with permitted development regulations, we reduced the roof pitch at the request of our customer to bring the overall height of the building to below 2.5m. This lovely garden room has a charmingly traditional look, with cedar shingles on the roof, Georgian windows, and smooth shiplap cladding. Guttering has also been installed. The exterior of our customer’s wooden garden office is painted using Farrow & Ball’s rich and fully opaque paint system. Our customer has opted for a non-standard Farrow & Ball colour by choosing Ball Green, but we offer a specially selected range of Farrow & Ball colours that are included as standard.

To enable the building to be used comfortably all throughout the year, the Apex Garden Room comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard. Electrics and a heater are also included in the overall cost of the building, supplying it with power, lighting, and warmth. The walls inside this garden room turned garden office are lined with Farrow & Ball painted matchboard in the shade Manor House Gray, which has been paired with Heritage Oak engineered flooring.
