8 x 6ft Apex Summerhouse

This 8 x 6ft apex summerhouse is our Blakeney Summerhouse, and it has been installed for a customer wanting a building they could retreat to and enjoy their garden from. This small wooden summerhouse has been designed to our customer’s specifications by our CAD engineers before being hand-crafted to order from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory. Like all our garden buildings, it was delivered and installed by members of our installations team, who are the experts in ensuring our buildings are assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

The Blakeney is a traditional summerhouse with a chalet-inspired design. It has an apex roof that features a charming overhang to the front of the building. It is available in many different sizes, with our customer choosing our 2.4 x 1.8m size. Our customer’s building has a set of double doors and two fixed windows to the front of the building, with an opening window placed on either side. The roof of this apex summerhouse is covered in heavy duty felt and the shiplap clad exterior is painted in Sage from our Exterior Paint System.

The Blakeney is an unlined building as standard, making it the perfect building to enjoy during the warmer months of the year. As our customer wanted a year-round use building, they have opted to add full insulation and lining as extra, with the walls and ceiling lined with natural matchboard giving a warm and cosy feel inside.
