10 x 12ft Luxury Garden Studio

This 10 x 12ft luxury garden studio is one of our Holt Studios, delivered and installed for a customer wanting a year-round use garden building. As all of our buildings are made to order from FSC® certified timber, our CAD engineers designed this modern garden studio to our customer’s specifications. It was then hand-crafted inside our Norfolk factory by skilled craftsmen before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installations team. We include delivery and installation by our experts in the price of all our garden studios to give you peace of mind while also ensuring the building is assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

The Holt is a luxury garden pod with a stylish pent roof design and a small decked veranda to the front and side. It also has two walls of glazing as part of its design so you can enjoy unhindered views of your garden while you relax inside. It is available in many sizes, with our customer opting for a 10 x 12ft modern garden studio to best for their outdoor space. The roof is covered in heavy duty felt and the exterior is clad with smooth shiplap. This Holt Studio is finished using our Exterior Paint System in the colour of Slate, adding to the modern styling of this luxury garden studio.

Internally, the Holt benefits from being fully insulated and lined so it can be used comfortably throughout the year. For further comfort, our customer has added to add our electric pack as an optional extra so that their luxury garden studio can be supplied with power and lighting. The walls and ceiling of this modern garden studio are lined with natural matchboard, which is paired beautifully with the natural lacquered floor. We also offer painted matchboard lining and engineered flooring for an alternative look.
