10 x 12ft Modern Garden Office

This 10 x 12ft modern garden office is our Holt Studio, installed for a customer wanting an outdoor office that will allow them to comfortably work from home throughout the year. The Holt was chosen from our wide range of contemporary garden offices and it was tailored to our customer’s specifications with their choice of interior and exterior design options. Manufacturing plans were created by our CAD engineers before being passed over to the skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory to create our customer’s garden office from FSC® certified timber. This outdoor office was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installations team. We include delivery and installation by us in the price of all our garden offices to give you peace of mind that your new building is being installed by an expert while also ensuring the high standards we pride ourselves on are maintained during installation.

The Holt is a contemporary garden office design with a pent roof and a small decked veranda. It features two walls of glazing so you can gaze out and enjoy views of your garden while you are working from home. The Holt is available in many different sizes and you can have a standard veranda or an extended veranda to the side. Our customer opted for a 10 x 12ft Holt garden office, with the standard 0.6m veranda to the front and side of the building. The roof of this contemporary garden office is covered in heavy duty felt and guttering has also been fitted. The exterior is painted in a two-tone fashion using the Farrow & Ball paint system. The main colour chosen is Farrow & Ball Down Pipe, with underneath the roof overhang and the “Cheeks” (the two exterior walls that connect the roof and the veranda) beautifully highlighted in Farrow & Ball Manor House Gray.

Internally, the Holt is fully insulated, lined and double glazed as standard, providing the perfect home working conditions all throughout the year. For further practicality, our customer has opted to have our electric pack installed, ensuring their contemporary garden office was supplied with power and lighting. The walls and ceiling are lined with natural matchboard as standard, but our customer has opted to upgrade to painted matchboard lining using Farrow & Ball internal colours. Our customer has opted to have painted walls and ceiling, so these have both been lined using Ammonite painted matchboard lining. They have also chosen to have engineered flooring installed in the colour Copenhagen. Our engineered floorboards not only add to our customer’s outdoor office, but they provide it with further insulating and sound absorbing benefits.
