10 x 12ft Apex Garden Room

This 10 x 12ft Garden Room has been installed for our customer to use as a garden living room. Our customer worked with our sales advisors to pick the right size Apex Garden Room for their garden, as well as all of the interior and exterior design options they wanted. It was designed by our CAD engineers and hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory. It was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installations team, who are the experts when it comes to constructing our buildings. We include delivery and installation in the price of all our garden room designs as part of our end-to-end service.

Our Apex Garden Rooms are available in more than 15 different standard sizes, with our customer opting for a 10 x 12ft Garden Room. It has an apex roof design, with a set of ¾ glazed double doors and two opening windows in the front, and a set double opening windows in each side. This Apex Garden Room has a charming rustic look, with Georgian windows, cedar shingles on the roof, and weatherboard cladding, which our customer has chosen to have painted in Cream from our Exterior Paint System. Guttering has also been installed on this building, which will collect rainwater runoff from the roof and deposit it away from the building to protect the bottom boards.

This customer wanted an all-year-round garden room to use as their garden living room, which is why they chose the Apex Garden Room. It comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard, and electrics and a heater are also included as part of the price. The walls of this gully insulated garden room are lined with Farrow & Ball painted matchboard in the colour Purbeck Stone and Heritage Oak engineered flooring has also been laid inside.
