10 x 16ft Garden Room

This 10 x 16ft Garden Room is our flagship design. Our customer chose which of our interior and exterior design options they wanted in order for our CAD engineers to then draw the manufacturing plans for their dream building. Like all of our garden buildings, this Garden Room was hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address by members of our installations team. We include delivery and installation by our experts in the price of all our buildings as part of our end-to-end service.

Our signature Garden Room has a hipped roof design and can be made in a wide range of sizes. Our customer opted for our 10 x 16ft garden room size for their building. This garden room has an inset double door and six opening windows. Guttering has also been fitted. The roof of this 10 x 16ft garden room is covered in grey slate effect tiles while the windows are Georgian in style. This luxury garden room has weatherboard cladding and it has been painted in the colour Farrow & Ball Card Room Green, allowing the building to blend seamlessly with its surroundings.

This 10 x 16ft Garden Room is fully lined, insulated, and double glazed, meaning it can be enjoyed comfortably throughout the year. Electrics and a heater are also included as standard with this building style, supplying it with power, lighting, and additional warmth. The internal walls of this luxury garden room are lined with Farrow & Ball painted matchboard in the colour Shadow White and engineered floorboards in Heritage Oak have been laid over our standard flooring, with a layer of underlay in between the two, providing further insulating and sound-absorbing benefits.
