3.0 x 3.0m Wiveton Summerhouse in Exterior Verdigris Paint with Georgian Windows

This octagonal den is one of our Wiveton Summerhouses, installed in Totton, Hampshire. It has been installed for a customer wanting a building from which they could enjoy their garden while they relax inside. Like all our garden buildings, it was hand-made to order and crafted from FSC® certified timber inside our Norfolk factory, enabling our customer to choose all the interior and exterior design options they wanted in order to create their dream garden summerhouse. It was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by members of our installations team. We include delivery and installation in the price of all our buildings to ensure they are assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

The Wiveton has a timeless design, with a lofty octagonal ceiling and multiple window sets. There are windows in four out of its eight sides, as well as in the double doors, which will flood the interior with plenty of natural light. This traditional summerhouse is available in four different sizes, with the smallest measuring 1.8 x 2.5m and the largest being 3.6 x 3.6m in size. Our customer opted for our 3.0m x 3.0m size, with Georgian style windows and cedar shingles covering the roof. The exterior is clad with smooth shiplap, which our customer chose to have painted in the blue-green colour of Verdigris from our Exterior Paint System.

To ensure the summerhouse is suitable for use throughout the year, the Wiveton comes with the walls and ceiling lined and insulated as standard. For further comfort, our customer has opted to have the floor insulated and the windows double glazed. As well as further insulation, you can also choose to have electrics and a heater installed inside a Wiveton to supply it with power, lighting, and additional warmth. Our customer has opted for their traditional summerhouse to be lined with natural matchboard, but you could choose to have painted matchboard in either Interior Ivory or a Farrow & Ball shade for an alternative look.
