This modern garden office is our Holt Studio, installed for a customer based in Steyning, West Sussex. Our customer opted for our Holt as they wanted a stylish yet fully insulated garden office that would enable them to work in style and comfort from their garden all throughout the year. As all our garden buildings are tailor-made to order, our customer was able to select which of our customisable interior and exterior design options they wanted in order to create their dream garden office. It was designed by our in-house CAD team, hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber in our Norfolk factory, and then delivered and installed in our customer’s garden by members of our installations team, which we include in the price of all our buildings as part of our end-to-end service.

If you are looking for a modern garden office like our customer, our Holt Studio is a great option. It has a stylish pent roof design with a small, decked veranda to the front and side, which are connected by two exterior walls that we have named “Cheeks”. It also features two walls of glazing, offering unhindered views of your garden as you work from home, while also flooding the interior with plenty of natural light. The pent roof on this modern garden office comes covered with heavy-duty felt as standard and the shiplap-clad exterior comes painted in your choice of colour from our Exterior Paint System, or you can upgrade to a Farrow & Ball shade. You can also have the “Cheeks” painted in a different colour for a pleasing contrast. Our customer opted for Exterior Slate as the main colour on their modern garden office, with Lizard chosen for the “Cheeks”. Our customer wanted a large garden office, so they have opted for a Holt Studio measuring 4.0 x 5.8m, but our Holt is also available in 11 other standard sizes. You also have the option of extending the side veranda out to 3.0m, providing you with both indoor and outdoor space to utilise.

As this Holt Studio is a fully insulated garden office, the walls and ceiling are lined and insulated, and double glazing and floor insulation are also included. The walls and ceiling are lined with Ivory painted matchboard, paired with Heritage Oak engineered flooring. For further comfort and practicality, our customer also chose to have our electric pack with a heater installed, which is just one of the optional extras we offer. The electric pack will supply this large garden office with power and lighting, and the heater will provide additional warmth.
