Blakeney Summerhouse measuring 3.0 x 2.4m painted in Exterior Lizard

This Chalet Summerhouse, installed in Uppingham, Rutland, is our Blakeney Summerhouse. Our customer opted for this building from our wide range of garden buildings as they liked its traditional look and charming chalet style. With the guidance of our advisors, our customer chose what exterior and interior features they wanted for their building, including paint colour and roofing tiles, before it was hand-made to order inside our factory in Narford, Norfolk. It was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installation experts, which is included as part of our end-to-end service.

Measuring 3.0 x 2.4m, this Blakeney Summerhouse has an apex roof that overhangs delightfully over the double doors in the front gable. Our customer has opted to customise our standard offering with two fixed windows in the front, two windows, including one opening, on the left-hand side, an opening fanlight window on the right-hand side and an additional fanlight window fitted in the back of the building. All of the windows on this building have also been double glazed at the request of our customer. The roof is covered in grey slate effect tiles which provides the perfect contrast to the green-toned shade of Lizard used to paint the shiplap clad exterior.

Our Blakeney Summerhouse usually comes unlined as standard making it a building purely for summer use only. Our customer has chosen to have it fully lined and insulated inside so that they can get maximum use out of it by turning it into an all-year-round building. The walls have been lined with natural matchboard and an electric pack has also been fitted to supply the building with power.
