Garden Studios in Epsom

Overall, the build is 3.6 x 3.6m, including the veranda. However, the main building size is 3.0 x 3.0m. This sits well next to the existing garden building, without overwhelming the garden space. The exterior has been finished in Verdigris shiplap cladding, keeping the building light and neutral, with a natural wooden floor used on both the veranda as well as inside the build. To enhance the modern look of this garden studio, fully glazed doors and windows have been used, allowing plenty of natural light into the room.

Internally, the studio space has been kept light and simple to keep the atmosphere calm and relaxing. With an Ivory matchboard internal lining and installed spotlights, this fully insulated studio is useable all year round, whatever the weather. An electrical pack has been included to ensure the space is functional for the use of computers and devices to aid in studying, as well as an additional half glazed opening window on the left side of the studio. The customer wanted to have the option to let some fresh air in without having to open the double doors and this added feature has done exactly that. While the customer has opted for an electrical pack without a wall heater, there are four switched sockets in the studio, giving you the choice to add an electric heater in the colder months should it be necessary. Heat bonded to increase the longevity of the building, our heavy duty felt roofing is designed for extreme wear with non-rip material.
