Garden Offices in Epsom, Surrey

Nestled amongst the greenery in our customer’s beautiful garden is this Salthouse garden office, installed in Epsom, Surrey for a customer needing outdoor office space to allow them to comfortably work from home. All of our garden buildings are made to order so our customer was able to choose which of our interior and exterior design options they wanted to make their ideal garden room office. Like all of our garden buildings, this Salthouse was designed and hand-crafted to order in our Norfolk factory from FSC® certified timber before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installations team. Members of our installations team are the experts when it comes to ensuring our garden buildings are installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on, which is why we include delivery and installation in the overall price.

The Salthouse garden office has a contemporary design with a stylish pent roof and a fully glazed front elevation. The floor-to-ceiling glass panels are designed to allow plenty of natural light inside to create a light and airy workspace. The Salthouse is available in over 25 different standard sizes, with our customer opting for our 2.4 x 3.0m size. The roof is covered in heavy-duty felt as standard, and our customer has chosen to have guttering installed too, which will help to collect rainwater runoff from the roof and deposit it away from the building, helping to protect the bottom boards. The exterior is clad with shiplap, which gives it a smooth and modern-looking finish. The garden office has been painted using our Exterior Paint System in the colour Sandstone. There are 15 colours for you to choose from in our Exterior Paint System, but if you would prefer more choice, we offer a selection of Farrow & Ball colours you can upgrade to at an additional cost.

The Salthouse garden office is fully equipped for year-round use, with full insulation, lining, and double glazing all included as standard features. This will ensure comfortable conditions for working in all through the year. The walls and ceiling are lined with solid pine natural matchboard, which will give a cosy, warm feel, but for an alternative look, you can have painted matchboard lining in either our Internal Ivory or your choice out of 8 Farrow & Ball internal colours. We also offer different flooring options from our standard floorboards, including lacquered and engineered flooring. Another option you could choose is electrics, which is an option our customer has chosen, which will ensure your new office is supplied with power and lighting.
