Simple Summerhouse for Office Use

At 2.4 x 4.8m in size, the customer has chosen to split their building into two sections, with the main summerhouse section being 2.4 x 3.6m, giving them plenty of room to create a comfortable and roomy office, with a smaller 2.4 x 1.2m section on the end, proving the customer with some much-needed garden storage space.

Simple in design, the customer has chosen a building that he can work on himself to create the perfect office space for himself at the bottom of his garden. Heavy-duty felt has been used on the roof, the exterior shiplap cladding has been painted in our Light Oak preservative, ready for the customer to paint themselves, and the inside has been left unlined and uninsulated, giving the customer a project to create a year-round use building himself.

We have given him a building to his budget, but of course, we could have insulated and lined the inside, and painted the outside for him if that is what he would have wanted.

A few extra features the customer did ask for that he wouldn’t have been able to achieve himself are the leaded windows to add a bit of style to the office, and all the windows are also double glazed to allow the customer to use their office space throughout the year, once he has made his own additions internally.
