We have installed one of our Langham Garden Offices in Bicester, Oxfordshire for a customer wanting an outdoor office space that would allow them to work from home effectively. As all our garden office buildings are hand-made to order, our customer was able to choose which of our interior and exterior design options they wanted for their Langham, ensuring the design was fully tailored to their needs and tastes. It was crafted from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installations team. Our installations team are the experts at installing our buildings, which is why we include delivery and installation in the price of all our garden offices as part of our end-to-end service.

The Langham is traditionally styled with an apex roof design and desk height windows, making it the ideal building to use as a garden office. It is available in a wide range of sizes so you can choose the one that will be the best fit for your garden. Our customer opted for a 2.4 x 3.6m Langham for their traditional garden office, with grey slate effect roof tiles and black guttering. For a smooth finish, our customer has opted to have their Langham garden office clad with shiplap, which has then been painted using our Exterior Paint System in the colour Lichen.

To ensure year-round comfort while working from home, the Langham garden office comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard. Our customer has also chosen to add electrics from our range of optional extras so that their new outdoor office could be supplied with power and lighting. The interior walls and ceiling come lined with solid pine natural matchboard lining as standard, which is the option our customer has opted for, but you can opt to have your lining painted in either our internal Ivory or in your choice out of eight interior Farrow & Ball colours. You can also upgrade your standard flooring to either a lacquered floor or engineered flooring. Our customer opted to have engineered flooring installed in the colour Copenhagen, which will not only add style to their interior but will also offer further insulating and sound-absorbing benefits.
