Garden Offices in Colchester, Essex

The Langham has an apex roof, with desk height windows included as part of its design. Our customer opted for a Langham that measures 3.0 x 4.2m with a reduced roof pitch to ensure the overall height of their garden office did not exceed 2.5m to comply with permitted development regulations. There are two opening windows in the front of this building, with an additional triple window set in the gable end that also contains two opening windows. The roof of this wooden garden office is covered in grey slate effect tiles while the windows are Georgian in style. The exterior has been shiplap clad and to finish, this Langham has been painted in a two-tone fashion using our Exterior Paint System. The main colour chosen by our customer is Pebble, with the doors and windows beautifully highlighted in Ivory.

The Langham benefits from being fully lined, insulated and double glazed to ensure a comfortable working environment all throughout the year. Our customer has also opted to have electrics and a heater installed too, supplying the building with power, lighting, and warmth. The walls of this timber garden office are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and engineered flooring has been laid in the colour Heritage Oak.
