4.6 x 7.0m Holt Studio in Exterior Slate Paint with Ivory Cheeks

This Garden Studio is one of our Holt Studios, installed in Bassingfield, Nottinghamshire, for our customers to use as a gym. Our Holt Studio features two walls of glazing, giving it the modern look that our customer wanted for their garden gym. It was designed and hand-made to order in our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed at our customers’ address by members of our installations team. We include delivery and installation in the price of our buildings to give you peace of mind that it is installed by one of our experts to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

Our Holt Studios are available in 12 different sizes, from a small 3.0 x 3.0m to a large 4.6 x 7.0m, which is the size our customer has opted for. Our Holt Studio has a sleek pent roof covered in heavy duty felt and a small, decked veranda, connected by two exterior walls, which we have named “cheeks” as they nicely frame the building. As well as the two walls of glazing, we also include at least one opening fanlight window in the back wall for ventilation purposes. As this Holt is an outdoor gym studio for our customers, they have chosen to have a total of 4 fanlight windows, which will help to keep the building cool after a particularly sweaty workout. The exterior of this building is painted in Slate from our Exterior Paint System and the “cheeks” and the roof overhang are painted in Ivory. You could also choose a Farrow & Ball paint colour if you wanted to upgrade.

To equip our customers’ outdoor gym for year-round use, it comes fully lined and insulated as standard, with Ivory painted matchboard on the walls and Heritage Oak engineered flooring laid on the floor. Our customers have also chosen to have electrics and a heater installed too as an extra, providing the Holt Studio with power, light, and additional warmth. In addition to what is included in our electric pack, our customers also opted to have 7 external spotlights fitted to light up their building after dark.
