Summerhouses in Dersingham, Norfolk

The Thornham Summerhouse is a pent summerhouse that is available in many different sizes so you can choose the size that best suits your outdoor space. Our customer opted for a 2.4 x 4.2m summerhouse. As our customer wanted a dual purpose summerhouse that gave them both living and storage space, they have opted to have an external partition added to their summerhouse design. The windows of this Thornham Summerhouse are leaded in style and the roof has been covered in EDPM, which is a rubber-based covering that is very tough with a high puncture resistance. The exterior of this pent summerhouse is clad with shiplap, giving it a smooth surface finish. The Thornham comes treated with a light oak preservative as standard, but as our customer wanted one of our summerhouses delivered and installed with a painted exterior, they upgraded to our Exterior Paint System in the light grey shade of Pebble.

The Thornham Summerhouse is an unlined building as standard, providing the perfect spot to enjoy a cooling drink or relax with a good book in the warmer months of the year. Our customer liked our Thornham design but wanted a year-round use building, so we were able to tailor the design to include full insulation and lining to the larger section of the building and the windows are double glazed. The internal walls of this pent summerhouse are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and the floor has been treated with a natural lacquer, which will offer protection to the timber while also giving it a nice sheen. Our customer has also opted to have electrics installed, which will supply their luxury summerhouse with power and lighting.
