This Salthouse Studio installed in Tunbridge Wells, Kent has been installed for use as a garden office. As all our garden buildings are made to order, our customer was able to choose which of our interior and exterior design options they wanted to create their perfect outside garden office. Once our customer had decided exactly what they wanted, our CAD engineers created the manufacturing plans for our skilled craftsmen to hand-craft the studio from FSC® certified timber inside our Norfolk factory. It was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our expert installations team, which is included in the overall price of all our buildings.

This Salthouse Studio turned garden office is 2.4 x 3.0m in size. It has a pent roof covered in heavy-duty felt and smooth shiplap cladding. The Salthouse has a fully glazed front elevation, with the floor-to-ceiling glass panels allowing plenty of natural light to flood the interior of the building. This office garden building also has an opening fanlight window installed in the back wall for ventilation purposes. Our customer chose to have guttering installed, which will help to protect the bottom boards of this wooden garden office as it will collect rainwater runoff and deposit it away from the building. The Salthouse is finished in your choice of paint colour from our Exterior Paint System as standard, but you could upgrade to a Farrow & Ball shade of your choosing as extra. Our customer opted to stick with our Exterior Paint System, with Slate being their chosen colour.

To ensure comfortable working conditions year-round, the Salthouse comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard. The walls of this fully insulated garden office are lined with natural matchboard, our standard floorboards cover the floor, and our customer has also chosen to add an electric pack to supply their office garden building with power and lighting.
