Burnham Studio with Fully Glazed Doors and Windows

This view of their garden will be unhindered due to the full-length glass in the double doors and six windows that will also allow natural light to brighten up the inside of the studio.

Due to the studio’s location in the customer’s garden (on the edge of the border), they have opted to have the height restricted to 2.5m in order to not have to apply for Planning Permission.

This garden room is a highly practical building, with double glazing throughout, full insulation, painted matchboard lining, draught excluders in the doors and windows, and an electrical pack, so they will be able to take advantage of their garden building whenever they want, no matter what time of year it is.

To give the Burnham its attractive finish, the customer opted for grey slate effect tiles on the roof, which are a highly durable material that will protect the roof from wind, rain, hail, fire and UV rays, and the studio has been painted in the neutral colour, Pebble, from our exterior paint system to give a natural, opaque finish that will help the building to blend in with its natural surroundings.
