This 3.0 x 4.8m corner garden studio in Hildenborough, Kent, was recently installed by our expert team of in-house fitting specialists for use a contemporary garden office. With a multitude of customisable modern features, this Holt Studio was the perfect addition for our customers spacious garden. Like all of our high-quality garden studios, this luxurious studio was constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood which we ethically and sustainably source from our timber mill partner in North Sweden. Handcrafted by our team of skilled workers in our Norfolk factory, our buildings are made using only the highest quality materials and have been for over 45 years. We also include delivery and installation within our prices, so you get a complete service from start to finish.

The exterior of this garden corner studio in Hildenborough, Kent, features smooth shiplap cladding, a spacious double door and three floor to ceiling windows. Surrounded by almost entirely glass walls, our Holt Studio offers panoramic views of your garden from the comfort of its fully lined and insulated interior. With a sizeable 1.8 metre veranda aswell, there is plenty of space for our customers to create the ultimate indoor to outdoor living experience with garden furniture or potentially a hot tub or barbeque. This right-hand corner studio is also available with a veranda of up to three metres and can be left or right-handed to fit your existing green space.

The pent roof has been covered in our extreme wear and non-rip heavy-duty felt, which is applied with a propane torch for extended longevity. Our customer has also opted to have black guttering installed to aid in water distribution alongside protecting our premium quality timber from the risk of premature rot. Painted in the colour, Sage, from our Exterior paint system, this soft green looks spectacular against the ‘cheek’ colour, Twine, to create a two-tone finish.

Fully lined and insulated as standard, this modern garden studio in Hildenborough, Kent, is equally luxurious internally with a range of tailored features to create the ideal result. The internal matchboard lining has been specially colour matched to the exterior colour, Twine, to create a bespoke finish, whilst the floor has been fitted with our engineered flooring in the colour Dark Oak. This Holt has also been fitted with our electric pack and heater to give our customers access to electrics and greater temperature control. The roof overhang has also been fitted with seven external spotlights to create an ambient effect after dark.
