At 4.8 x 6.0m in size, there will be plenty of room inside the studio to fit plenty of games, and different forms of entertainment to keep everyone happy, and with double glazed windows, insulation, lining and electrics, they will be able to take advantage of their garden retreat throughout the year.
The Burnham is a hybrid building in terms of style, being both traditional and modern at the same time. The fully glazed doors and windows in the front side allows plenty of natural light inside, and affords wide views of the surrounding garden, which is the modern element, paired with the traditional apex roof (for a completely modern feel, please have a look at our Salthouse Studio).
The Burnham can be chosen above the pent roof Salthouse Studio because of the apex roof, as it gives more lofty space, which is especially helpful for taller customers.
In terms of styling, this customer chose to have our grey slate effect tiles on the roof, which has been paired with the neutral colour, Ash, from our opaque exterior colour range. The grey of the tiles, along with the grey of the paint colour allows the building to blend in nicely with the customer’s garden.
There are two fanlight windows along the back wall to allow fresh air inside on warmer days, and the double doors can be kept open with cabin hooks when the need arises.
The internal lining is solid pine matchboarding, and it has been painted in Ivory to give a light, bright feel. Internally, there is also a Light Oak lacquer on the floor, giving the floorboards a bit more protection and a pleasant sheen. Polished chrome door and window furniture finish off the building.
