Wiveton Summerhouse in Broughton-in-Furness

An attractive and traditional timber summerhouse with smooth shiplap cladding and a distinctive octagonal roof. The building has a slate composite roof and georgian windows that really finish the building off beautifully.

This Wiveton Summerhouse has been installed on the edge of our customer’s property to take advantage of the wonderful views they have of the Cumbrian hills.

This is the largest size of Wiveton we make at 3.6 x 3.6m: there are Georgian windows in the double doors, and the four double, opening window sets around the summerhouse are Georgian in style as well.

The exterior of this building is constructed using our shiplap cladding and finished in our exterior paint system, in the colour Verdigris. To line the roof, grey slate effect tiles have been chosen - and rightly so as they beautifully complement the muted blue exterior cladding.

Internally, the customer has chosen double glazing for the windows, painted matchboard lining on the walls, full insulation, a heavy-duty floor with a natural lacquer and an electrical pack with a heater. All of these features mean that the customer will be able to enjoy the building all year round.
