3.0 x 4.2m Burnham Studio painted in Exterior Verdigris with reduced roof pitch

One of our Burnham garden studios has been installed in Frodsham, Cheshire for a customer wanting a building to relax and enjoy their garden from. They chose our Burnham Studio as they wanted a modern building that had an apex roof design. It was designed to our customer’s specification by our CAD team before the manufacturing drawings were handed over to our skilled craftsmen to handcraft the building to order inside our Norfolk factory. Like all our FSC® certified timber garden buildings, this Burnham Studio was delivered and installed by our installations team, who are the experts in ensuring that our buildings are assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

Our Burnham Studio perfectly blends traditional and modern design features, with a classic pitched roof and a fully glazed front elevation that will flood the interior with plenty of natural light. It comes in a wide variety of sizes, with this customer opting with our 3.0 x 4.2m size. The roof of this modern studio has a reduced pitch, which brings the overall height to below 2.5m to comply with permitted development regulations. The roof is covered in grey slate effect tiles and guttering has also been installed. To complete the exterior look of this contemporary garden studio, it has been clad with smooth shiplap and painted in the colour Verdigris from our Exterior Paint System. Verdigris is a lovely blue-green colour that will blend seamlessly with any garden setting.

The Burnham benefits from being fully insulated, lined, and double glazed as standard, meaning our customer can comfortably enjoy their new studio all throughout the year. The walls are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and Heritage Oak engineered flooring has been laid on top of our standard flooring. Our customer has also opted to have an electric pack installed, ensuring the modern studio was supplied with power and lighting.
