Garden Room in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

Our Garden Rooms are available in a range of sizes, from 3.0 x 3.0m to 5.4 x 6.0m. These measurements are standard sizes, but as all of our garden buildings are hand-made to order, we are also able to offer more tailored sizes on request, like our customer’s 5.0 x 6.0m Garden Room. Our Garden Room has a hipped roof, and our customer has chosen the configuration of having an inset double door and two double window sets in the front of the building, with an additional double window set on both sides. The roof has been covered in grey slate effect tiles and the windows are leaded in style. The outside of the building is clad using smooth shiplap, and it has been painted in the Farrow & Ball shade of French Gray, with the corner boards, doors and window frames highlighted in Wimborne White.

To enable it to be used all year round, our Garden Room comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard. We also include an electric pack and heater with this style of building to supply it with power, lighting, and warmth. All these features will ensure that it stays comfortable inside whatever the weather may be outside. The walls are lined with painted matchboard in the Farrow & Ball colour ‘Lime White’, which is contrasted nicely by the Dark Oak engineered flooring laid. Our engineered flooring sits on top of the existing floorboards, with a layer of underlay in between the two, providing insulating and sound absorbing benefits, while also being attractive choice.
